Ventilation Surveys and Services are a nationwide business that delivers Ductwork Cleaning, Air Conditioning and Fire Compliance projects throughout the UK. We undertake works for large FM Companies, Government and local authorities, healthcare, retail and leisure sectors.
From start-up in 2010 the business has grown to employ 79 staff and has revenues that exceeds £7 million per annum, and revenue for 2025 is expected to exceed £8.4 million with 20% targeted revenue growth predicted for 2025
The business is run from a new purpose-built HQ in Liverpool with regional offices in London and Belfast. Most staff work remotely as customer site-based operational teams supported by the Central Management, Finance and Administration teams.

Summary
To oversee the company stock and delivery of consumables, plant and equipment, contributing to the service departments day to day operations at multiple office and site locations. To assist in Fleet related matters and to use centralised finance and CRM systems for management and ordering of stock and equipment.
Job Outline / Accountabilities:
1. To manage both inward and outward stock movement whilst maintaining accuracy and integrity of the store/s inventory records including all associated documentation and recording keeping for accounting purposes.
2. Manage uniform, PPE, stock and equipment in all business locations.
3.The delivery of stock and equipment to field staff across the UK as and when required.
4. Cleanliness and organisation of storage locations to be monitored and actioned.
5. Keep all asset and stock lists up to date and monitor.
6. Maintain a clean and tidy stock room at all locations.
7. Report issues with site-based teams.
8. Weekly check of on hire plant with operations.
9. Assist with Fleet management and logistics, this includes management of stock on all company vehicles, van fit outs and signage arrangements.
10. Deliveries or collections to remote site staff, suppliers and other business locations is part of the role, this will not be a daily requirement.
11. Develop and improve stores processes to optimize space utilisation and workflow.
12. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve operational efficiency
13. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

· Monthly stocktake completion, stock & equipment tracking
· Working to budgets
· Working to deadlines
· Checking pricing and value measurement of existing and new suppliers

Pay: £28,500.00-£31,000.00 per year
